Note regarding the AMCC Bamboo 440 eval board: with a rev 2 bamboo board using PIBS level 12, I found the proper command for loading the uboot binary image into large NOR flash (a.k.a. opcode flash) to be:
storefile bin eth 0xd7f80000
Using the address documented above (0x87ff80000) resulted in an "address out of range" error from PIBS.
